Wavelink Adds Dedicated Live Customer Support for EMEA

MIDVALE, Utah & LONDON— May 5, 2008 —Continuing to offer value-added customer service, Wavelink Corporation today announced increased technical support availability for customers in EMEA.

The additional live support comes from a dedicated Tier 2 support engineer for EMEA customers from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Greenwich Mean Time. Customers needing after-hours support will still be able to connect to a Wavelink support engineer in the United States.

Wavelink has always provided us and our clients with great technical support, but now escalated support items can be handled during more convenient business hours, said John Vaccaro, director of Mobilis Consulting, a Wavelink partner. Its reassuring to know we have a technology partner that is aware of the needs of its global customers and takes the necessary steps to address them.

In the past, EMEA customers have had technical support during U.S. business hours. With the addition of dedicated Tier 2 support, they now have access to an engineer for troubleshooting, reproducing customer issues, logging and tracking issue resolution, and applying patches. Tier 3 support, which includes database and code issues, is provided as customers need it regardless of time zone.

While Wavelink focuses on providing innovative products, we also strive to distinguish ourselves through our customer service, said David Call, director of customer service for Wavelink. We saw a need for more support in EMEA and addressed it quickly. With a strong customer base coming from EMEA it is important that we deliver convenient technical support and continue to grow our business in those regions.
