With the Avalanche Remote Control plug-in, an administrator can now remotely diagnose and remedy both applications and device settings, or simply provide assisted guidance for an end-user. This reduces mobile device down-time and increases end-user productivity.

Remote Control is an Avalanche package that requires Avalanche Manager 3.3.1+ and an Avalanche 3.x Enabler.

Instructions:
Download: To download click the file link below. From the dialog that appears select the "Save As..." option and save the file to disk.

Install:

1. Before installation please review this products User Guide available for download below. Please note that installing this product on your system may override previous version installations.
2. To install, download the package and install it in Avalanche. Enable the package, then update your Avalanche clients to install the client-side component.

Licensing:
Remote Control 2.0 requires the 1.0.15 Wavelink License Server below. Please run the installation exe below before installing Remote Control licenses. Contact Wavelink Customer Service with any questions by filling out the online customer service form.

This product must be licensed before use. If you have not previously purchased a license you may request a free 30 day, 2 user trial license from Wavelink Sales by filling out the online sales form.
